Once you have your booking number, please click under «Services» on «Your Ticket» and log yourself in with name or e-mail address (the same you used during the booking process), and download your ticket again.

If your plans change, you can still cancel and rebook your journey online up to 15 minutes before departure time. Out of insurance and technical reasons, the same also applies to leaving the coach before reaching the stop you are booked for.

The wheelchair space does not have to be booked in advance. Transport in a wheelchair however can only be guaranteed after prior reservation, as only two wheelchair spaces are available per bus or a replacement bus could be in use on occasion.
